The Flame Tree Freedom Center will provide direct care services to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. Staff will be hired and trained to operate a 24 hour/7 day residential facility that operates year round. The direct care staff will implement the treatment plans developed and coordinated by the clinical team. The administrative staff will be responsible for ensuring all administrative matters are completed in a timely manner to support the treatment plan.

Flame Tree Freedom Center will comply with all buildin codes and clearances required for a residential group home. In addition, direct care staff will be required to obtain health certificates from the DPHSS. The minimum insurance coverage will be obtained for each residential group home.

Inventory will consist of office equipment and typicla items ina  residential home (e.g. beds, kitchenware, bathroom accessories, living furniture, etc). Flame Tree Freedom Center will utilize local companies to the maximum extect for all goods and services to include groceries and household items.

Administrative materials to include client records, medication information and other JCAHO required forms will be generated and maintained. Quality assurance by a Compliance Officer will be accomplished on a regular basis and all deficiencies will be reported to management.
