We believe that providing our conusmers with the absolute best care is the key to repeat business and word-of-mouth advertising. Not only will we train our employees to deliver excellent service, we will expect of them correct and thoughtful responses to client needs and requests. Appropriate and timely communication with concerned parties, such as parents, court monitors and other consumer advocacy groups is also a part of our plan for outstanding client services. Obtaining and maintaining JCAHO accreditation will ensure standards are met and services appropriately delivered.
